United Prairie, LLC Credit Policy
Customer
and guarantor(s) agree to the following terms and conditions
of the extension of credit for purchases and services on
account:
- All terms of sale are net upon invoice due date.
All product and services will be invoiced by close of
financial month end.
- A monthly statement will be sent by the 5th day
after financial month end. A finance charge will be assessed
on any balance remaining unpaid after the 15th day
of the month following the invoice due date. The finance
charge will be assessed at the periodic rate of 2.0%,
which is an annual percentage rate of 24%. Fall purchases
will be due on on Jan 10th and Spring purchases will
be due on June 15th. All other purchases will have terms
of 30 days after invoice date.
- All new Customers must complete a Credit Application.
Any customers that have become past due must also
complete a credit application.
- United Prairie will deny the purchase of products
and services on credit if an account is delinquent.
- United Prairie reserves the right to limit the
amount of credit on any account and to terminate further
extension of credit in the case of delinquency.
- United Prairie reserves the right to modify its
Credit Policy from time to time and shall notify its
customers of any change which applies to future customer
dealings.
- Customer is considered the agent of the Landlord
for all purposes as to any purchases or request for
services made by any Tenant, and both Tenant and
Landlord shall be bound by the terms of this Credit
Agreement and the Credit Policy of United Prairie.
- Any oral or written order given by the grower
for work to be completed shall be binding on both
the grower and any landlord.
- United Prairie reserves all its legal or equitable
remedies with regard to collecting any sums owed
by customer or guarantor. Customer, including both
grower and landlord, and any Guarantor shall be responsible
for all costs of collection of any account created
under this Credit Agreement, including reasonable
attorney’s fees and court costs.
